NATIONAL SHIPMENTS (COLOMBIA)

1. How much does shipping cost?

All standard shipping in Colombia is free.

2. How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Major cities: Delivery in 2 to 5 business days.

Other cities and municipalities: It may take up to 7 business days.

3. Are there express delivery options?

If you are in Bogotá, we offer:

Same Day Shipping : $15,000 COP

Available Monday to Friday.

Purchase before 11:00 am for delivery by 10:00 pm.

Next Day Shipping : Free

Ships within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (MEXICO AND USA)

4. Does Luck & Load ship outside of Colombia?

Yes, we ship internationally to Mexico and the United States.

5. How much does international shipping cost?

Shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout based on current DHL, FedEx, or other logistics carrier rates.

The customer will assume the total cost of shipping and duties upon payment upon delivery.

6. How long does international shipping take?

Mexico: 7 to 12 business days.

United States: 10 to 15 business days.

7. Who covers international taxes and tariffs?

All additional costs, such as taxes and duties, are the customer's responsibility and must be paid directly upon receipt of the package.

8. Can I make changes or returns if I am outside of Colombia?

Luck & Load does not accept international exchanges, but we do accept returns.

The customer must assume the cost of return shipping to Colombia.

The refund will be processed once the product has been received and verified by our team.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (COLOMBIA)

9. Deadline to request an exchange or refund

You have 20 days from the date you received your order to request a size exchange or a refund.

10. Conditions for exchanges and returns

To accept an exchange or return, the garment must be in perfect condition:

No use or signs of wear.

No stains, odors, deodorants, perfumes, detergents or dirt.

With tags and original packaging.

12. Who covers the costs of exchanges and returns?

The first exchange or return is free.

If after the first exchange you need to make another one in the same purchase, you will have to cover the shipping costs:

$15,000 COP for the return of the garment.

$15,000 COP for shipping the new garment.

Total: $30,000 COP for additional changes.

13. How is the refund made in case of return?

If you paid with Mercado Pago, the refund will be issued directly on the platform.

If you paid by bank transfer or WhatsApp, the refund will be made to the bank account you indicated.

14. Deadline for refunds

Refunds are processed within a maximum of three business days after receiving the item at our returns center.

CONDITIONS THAT DO NOT APPLY TO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS

The warranty does not apply if the garment has:

Normal wear and tear.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents or crushing.

Stains from creams, perfumes, soaps, detergents or other chemicals.
