Luck & Load does not store banking information nor does it have control over the approval processes for payments made through financial institutions.

6. PURCHASE CONSENT

By completing the purchase process, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You can abandon your cart at any time before completing the payment, but once the transaction is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with:

Summary of your purchase.

Total value paid, including taxes and shipping.

Payment method used.

Estimated delivery time.

7. SHIPMENTS

National shipments

All standard shipping in Colombia is free.

Major cities: Delivery in 2 to 5 business days.

Other cities and municipalities: It may take up to 7 business days.

Fast shipping in Bogotá

If you're in Bogotá and want your order delivered as soon as possible, we offer two options:

Same Day Shipping: Cost of $15,000 COP.

Available Monday to Friday.

Purchase must be made before 11:00 am

Delivery will be made by 10:00 pm on the same day.

Next Day Shipping: No additional cost.

Available for purchases made Monday through Friday.

Ships within 24 to 48 business hours after purchase.

8. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Deadline to request an exchange or return

You have 20 days from the date you received your order to request a size exchange or return.

Conditions for exchanges and returns

To accept an exchange or return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it:

No use or signs of wear.

No stains, odors, deodorants, perfumes, detergents or dirt.

With tags and original packaging.

We do not accept returns on used, washed, or altered items.

How to request an exchange or return?

Within a maximum of three business days, we will respond with instructions for processing your exchange or return.

Who covers the costs of exchanges and returns?

The first exchange or return is free.

For additional changes in the same purchase, the customer assumes the shipping costs:

$15,000 COP for the return of the garment.

$15,000 COP for shipping the new garment.

Total: $30,000 COP for additional changes.

How is the refund made in case of return?

If you paid with Mercado Pago, the refund will be issued directly through the platform.

If you paid by bank transfer or WhatsApp, the refund will be made to the bank account you indicated.

Deadline for refunds

Refunds are processed within a maximum of three business days after receiving the item at our returns center.

9. CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Luck & Load reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you on our website.
